I'm down 1lb today!
I'm happy but I wish this would go faster, I feel I work my ass off and I should see the numbers dropping more. Just my sigh for today, better down than up.
Anyone reading that has a lot to lose, don't give up, just take it 5lbs at a time, it will come. I've been doing this for 1year and 2mths, I honestly thought it would take me 6mths to lose 80lbs, haha, what was I dreaming, lol! Instead it takes me about 3mths to lose 10lbs, I'll get there slowly but surely.
I also remember thinking 'my goodness 80lbs is sooo far away', I'm halfway there and I feel pretty good at this weight, so I know it will only get better from now in.

Congrats on the loss. It's taken me 14 months to lose a little over 80#, so i know what you're saying.
You know the good thing about it taking so long to lose the weight? You've made it for a year and two months without putting the weight back on. Sometimes I think that the going slower helps to stave off the "I reached goal, now I can eat everything I missed so much" thing that happens to some people. :o )

congrats on your loss, Sarah! Slow and steady wins the race they say. "They" suck, don't they? But, it seems "they" are right! I'm been in this race for 19 months so far and have lost a slow 70 lbs. :)
I agree - slow and steady! You didn't gain it overnight, so it makes sense that you won't lose it! You are doing awesome! You are a fitness/workout diva and I am so envious of all the exercise you do!
