Holy warm baby and a new drink

This is so strange, last Thurs I had all my warm running gear on, frosty lashes and icicle hair and today I was running in a tank top!! Yes I'm a weirdo but I sweat soo much and my performance fleece was much too warm today its about 11C I think. I did 4miles. I was tired though, another night sleeping sitting up with a baby in my arms, oh how I miss being stretched out.

I haven't been journalling, gasp, I know soo bad. Here is today:

oatmeal 2
milk 1

banana 2
coffee 3

pita 3
grilled chicken 3
hummus 1
spinach 0

egg 2
egg whites 1
spinach, mushrooms 0
cheese 3
2 toast 3

total 24 so far and 3 left for the day, AP earned are 3 so really if I want 6 left for the day.

Oh and how could I forget a new drink I tried. Lite hot chocolate with a peppermint tea bag in it. OMG! so delish! Sounds strange but try it out.

I'm not a fan of hot chocolate but that does sound good with peppermint in it. And I have no idea what that translates exactly to in F but a tank top! : ) Brrrr....You are much braver than me.

I was still way overdressed for tonight's run but I appreciated the sweat that is for sure.
Nothing like going from -25 to 10 in 7 days!

Double the number and add 32, usually works out to close to what Farenheit would be, it was close to 60F. The sun was out so it felt warmer to me.

Laura
No kidding!

Did you get that drink idea from roni from Roni's weigh? Because i think she talked about something like that.

No, the drink was suggested in my meeting last week. I'll have to go check out her blog now :)

Who-hoo! Maybe spring is in the air?!

Ahhh....60 degrees sounds perfect for exercise and a tank top. I was picturing snow weather. Here are Roni's sites by the way, if this is the Roni Kud was talking about. She has some great recipes. http://greenlitebites.com/
