Saturday WI :)

Down 1.4lbs this week! I was a little worried because although I'm exercising more I'm not running. I'm not getting as much cardio as I'm used to so I was a little concerned. But it all turned out just fine.

Goals from last week:

Drink more tea than coffee
-hahaha, I really did try...I did...but it didn't got that way. I did only have coffee 3 days this week so if I can keep with that trend than that is definitely good for me.

Get my runs in
-I got 2 out of 3 in but they weren't long ones, better than nothing.

Plan meals and post them
-Nada

Journal
-Did ok in the beginning of the week, not at the end.

On the goals section I didn't succeed to well, I will just work harder this week.

Goals for next week
Get 2 runs in
Journal

I think that is it for this week I'll try and make it easy on myself, lol.

Congrats on the loss! I like that you have weekly goals, it makes it seem so much more important because its not a huge lofty far away goal, but a goal for the here and now. I might have to try that!
