Menu Monday

Not much to report tonight, I went to work today....yeah for a paycheck! I love how work keeps you on a schedule and away from the kitchen.

slow cooking oatmeal 2
milk 1
cinnamon
pumpkin seeds 2

butternut squash soup 2
pink grapefruit 1

broccoli and carrots 0
ranch dressing 2

lemon cous cous 4
cucumber, tomato, radishes 0
greek dressing 2
feta cheese 3

coffee 3
banana 2
nutrigrain munchems 2
astro all natural yogurt 2

total 27 + 1 AP= 28pts
Got about 2 1/2 L of water

Improvements, definitely need to make sure I get better protein in tomorrow.

I agree with you on going to work and staying on a schedule. It's much easier to stay OP when at work.
