Menu

I need lots to eat today, I'm teaching step, pump and then I come home to do the workout with my husband.

banana 2
pear 1
coffee 3

oatmeal 2
blueberries 1

la tortilla wrap 1
chicken breast 3
hummus 1
spinach and red pepper 0
yogurt 2

apple 1
almond butter 4

luna bar 4

gatorade 3

ww tortilla 1
egg, egg white 3
bacon 4
cauliflower, spinach, evoo 1

popcorn 3
milk 2

total 42, crap what the hell happend?? My goal is 29, AP step 8, pump 5, p90 3=16
So I ate all but 3 of my activity points, hopefully that is still ok, gheez and here I thought I did well, damn bacon.
