I think last week is catching up with me, I'm way up on the scale, like 4lbs up! I don't weigh in till Sat. but its so bumming to see. I'm working out everyday right now but trying something new and haven't been able to fit any running in. I'm dying to run and don't know where I can possibly fit it in. We'll see, maybe tomorrow I'll forfeit groceries for a run and drag my girls to the gym.
Today's menu was similar to yesterday so I won't bore you.
*The cottage cheese is President's Choice, so you can find it at Zehrs, Superstore, Loeblaws, etc.*

Sounds like you're on top of it to me, I am trying not to weigh myself every day anymore - because I can easily see a 4-5 lb swing on some days!! Not good!

It must be fat air ! I made the mistake of trying to do some Wii fit yesterday afternoon with my son and it said I gained another 4 pounds since Saturday. I know there can be numerous reasons for that gain at the moment not related to food intake, but that number hit me like a ton of bricks and it made me realize how sore, tired and frustrated I am getting.Stupid, stupid numbers and move along fat air !
Hang in there, Sarah! My scale messes with my head all week long; I'm surprised at some of the crazy flucuations. I guess that's why the experts say only weigh once a week, but I can't help myself - I am a scale junkie!
Keep on keeping on - Sat is a ways away!
Try not to get discouraged. I force myself to *not* look at the scale prematurely... only on WI day cuz I know there is bound to be some disappointments. Just keep doing your hard work!!
Don't sweat those 5lbs until you know for sure on saturday that that is your official weigh in> I often swing up a few lbs before losing some weight. I think it's my body's way of keeping my body at equilibrium while I force it to lose weight and set a new equilibrium. Just keep doing what you're doing. Sometimes our bodies fight us to keep equilibrium.
