I've never seen such a thing! But then, I live in Vancouver... we get rain. Lots of rain. No icicles with rain. I love rain. Did I mention that you don't have to shovel it and it doesn't freeze your EYELASHES???
How were your lungs?? I went out in the cold (okay, it was -1, but we are total pansys about that here) and my lungs HURT. Do you have a secret you can share about that?
