My WI, whew

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I am down 0.6lbs. I'm very happy and relieved.

I do have to admit I was terribly bad this week with journalling and eating. Like VERY bad. I had chocolate, cake, timbits and I didn't just think well I'll just choose better at my next meal, I did this everyday! So strange how it happened that I still lost, maybe my body needs more calories???? ( I know those are totally inappropriate though)

My other no, no for this week was my last workout day was Tuesday. For some reason I just didn't bring it on this week. I felt really unmotivated to get to the gym or to go for a run.

The only highlight to this week, which I think saved my butt was I only had coffee 3 days!! I know you can't even believe it yourself right? :) I have my coffee with cream and sugar so by cutting it back I think I saved a lot of points this week.

So revisiting my goals from last week:

Try something different for exercise this week
I did, I took a combat class, however I think this is what messed up my schedule as I took my long run out this day to do the class.

Water, water, water
I did decent on getting my water in, I'm sure I had at least 1.5L a day

Have tea instead of coffee 2 days this week
Success!

Plan menus and post on blog
Not successful here, will improve for next week.

When I look at my goals and what I actually did, it doesn't look too bad.

Drink more tea than coffee
Get my runs in
Plan meals and post them
Journal

Yay for a loss - weigh to go!

I had a week of small indulgences and NO exercise, but next week I am getting back on track!

What's your secret, girl? I can only think about eating those things and it's an instant 2# gain! You're right though, not drinking as much coffee is what probably helped.
