Weight gain

Somehow I've gained weight. After staying at 185lbs for 3months, my weight has crept back up to 188lbs. I know not a big gain but for me it literally takes months to get 3lbs off. I'm not very happy and I hate the fact that my weight runs my thoughts, attitudes, etc.

I started writing down what I eat this week to no avail. But I will try again because its life.

I took it a little easy this week for exercise, I will start with my old routines perhaps today. Back to the Insanity workouts for me! And some running.

I've probably been yo-yoing in and out of the 180s for over a year now so I definitely feel your angst with this! We can get through it, though! And, yes, I have a lot more faith in you doing it because you actually HAVE the exercise knowledge/ability and I just kinda wing it when I get around to it :)

Some people gain when they train. It is your body needing the fuel, but then the weight will fall off. Could that possibly be it?

If not, you're in the right place mentally and that is half the battle most of the time.

I know how you feel!!! I am exhausted by years of dieting and have to work SO hard to chip away each pound. (I'll assume it's because I'm getting closer to my goal?!)
I hate how I take 2 steps forward and one back...I eat "regularly" (not counting points/calories) on the weekends and stay "on plan" during the week. Unfortunately my weekend eating is totally undoing my success!!! Booooo.

OMG, can you actually do the Insanity workouts? I saw them on TV and there is no way I could keep up with that! More power to you girl!
