Getting back at it.

I can't say thank you enough to everyone that has congratulated me, I still cannot believe I did it. I'm happy I was able to share my thoughts on the run and once again, love you guys for all your encouragement.

Monday night I was back to my usual routines (sort of) of teaching my Bodypump class.  I was excited to tell my class I ran a half marathon, I didn't tell them I was training for one prior. I recieved lots of smiles. I got a run in before teaching my class on Wednesday. After this class I had a few members come up to me to talk about the run and how I got into it with being a busy mom, this was something I was hoping for. I wanted to inspire other non-runners to get started. It feels so good to inspire other people. I may not look like an athelete but I'm certainly tough and strong and push myself,  I hope people can see that and think to themselves 'hey she can do it, I can too'. It is why I teach fitness classes, to inspire, to stay healthy and to have fun.

You inspire me as well! Although not to run, I don't have a runners physique. Maybe after I've lost some more weight.

But if you can juggle the duties of being a mom and live a healthy lifestyle then there is no reason a single guy like me can't do it too.

I think it would be a feat if I ran half a km without stopping! HA HA.. I'm serious.
