Another hot one here, I can't believe that it snows in Calgary and its close to 30C here. I had a wedding last night so we dropped the girlies off at my dad's for the night :). This morning I got to go on a 9km run without having tears before I left :). I'm fortunate to have a super stepmom that is so wonderful with them and she wants them to stay longer and swim. So now I can get some housework done!! I'm sooo excited.
On Friday I taught my first Bodystep class in a few months and now this week I'm teaching 3 of them, from one extreme to another. Unfortunately its not for a good reason, one of our morning instructors (teaches 10 classes a week) had a basal cell carcinoma removed from her nose. So just a reminder for everyone to use their sunscreen please!
I need to have some goals this week. Goal number one is to have no chocolate this week. I eat some sort of chocolate daily! Isn't that crazy! I NEED it. So that is my goal number one. My other goal is to not eat after 10pm which is my last break at work. My usual goals of eating well and drinking water aren't really a problem especially since the heat has kicked it up a notch. I work in a non-airconditioned environment so water drinking is in full force now.

run: jelly bean electrolytes 1
post run: 1/2 banana 1, vitamin water (made with stevia) 0
lunch: coffee 2, egg 2, ezekiel english muffin 2, mozorella cheese 2, tabouli 2
snack: nachos 4, salsa 0
dinner: pork chop 3, aspargus with EVOO 2, potatoes 3, gravy 4, salad with dressing 1, tomato/mozorella 1, ice cream 4
Total: eeks 37pts! AP 5pts, 5pts over.
Good thing I'm teaching lots this week!
