I've really been struggling with getting my exercise done properly. I haven't done any long runs and my early morning workouts struggled last week. This week I'm working at night which will change my schedule a bit. I'm hoping...I know I'll get back into the swing of things.
This morning I took the girlies out for a run. At 35ish lbs and 40ish lbs, they certainly are getting to be a challenge for me, but also another way to train. And you have to love the runner's love I recieve running with them. I'm always getting encouragement along my route, its wonderful! So yes I struggled with the run, yes it took just as long to get out the door as to do the run :), and yes I got it done.
Todays eating:
breakfast: 1 egg 2, weight watcher tortilla 1, light swiss cheese 1, coffee 3
lunch: apple 1, sunflower butter (I'm not 100% sure but I think 4pts)
snack attack: shasha cookies (heart cookies) 3
Total thus far: 15, 10 to go
Activity so far: 5km run

I love the fact that you're taking your girls out and being such a great example to them! I love seeing parents out jogging with their kids, it always make me smile and think that's the type of Mom I want to be. ;)

I am impressed when I see mom's out there running with their kids. It's tough enough getting myself out of bed sometimes.
