Hog wild

I went hog wild today in binges. All was good, following my meals I had written down last night, than I craved this, ate that. I realized I should be having TOM tomorrow so hopefully that is to blame...and self-control. But I had to stop myself and say what the heck are you doing?!?

Anyway on with the battle

5am Insanity 40min +3
post workout: hard boiled egg 2, coffee 3

breakfast: red river cereal 3

lunch: carrot soup 3, 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese 2, tomatoes

snack: strawberries 0, shreddies 2

dinner: 2 ww tortilla 2, chicken breast 2, cheese 3, saute kale with EVOO 1

binge fest: chapmans frozen yogurt you're the devil! 5, kashi bar 3, some popcorn 2

Total 33

TOM just arrived for me and the binges were nasty a few days ago. Better now :D Hope you're feeling more in control tomorrow.

Sarah, you really didn't do badly in the binge department! And you know what I see? TRACKING. You kept track! Full out binges are untrackable. It would be novel length;)

So, don't worry too much about it! You made some great choices today :)

I'm with Marisa -- if only for the fact that you tracked *I* think you did great! Besides. In the world of binges what you did (while it probably felt awful) was nothing ;)
