Up and at'tem

Ugh, I really would have liked to sleep in today but I didn't. Up I got to do my Insanity workout. I did miss a couple of sets but I still did it.

5am Insanity 35min +3
post workout: hard boiled egg 2, coffee 3

Now off to shower and head to work.

I'm back :)
breakfast: red river cereal 3

lunch: saute kale with EVOO 1, 3oz  chicken breast 3, pear 1

snack: shreddies 2, tbsp of nutella 2

BodyCombat +6

dinner: pork chop 4, corn on the cob 1, potatoes 5, BBQ sauce 1

Total 28 +9 AP, Its already almost 9pm so I might just have a ff hot chocolate.
