Last week I felt like a machine, waking in the wee hours to get a before work workout session in, than 2 days working out again at night. Staying up till almost midnight to get my house duties done and some blog reading. Well it has caught up with me, I'm pooped. Last night I went to bed at 10pm. I missed my workout yesterday morning but I did get up this morning to get it in. I tell you I did not want to though! Sometimes my bed is just much better,lol. But I got it done.
I didn't track the last 2 days but I will be back at it today.
Good news, I'm back down to 185lbs. I had gained 5lbs after my half marathon (almost a month ago now). Now I just need to keep going down. I really cannot wait to see a 7 in that number (and not 187, lol).

I love my bed too! The happiest place on earth next to Disney World.
Even machines need to stop to refuel and get serviced. Take care of the machine and it will take care of you.
