Why I love Mondays...

and slightly despise them :).

Monday's are my hardest working out days. Lately I usually do some type of cardio before my Bodypump class, today I did Bodystep. Than I come home, grab a bite to eat, tuck the girls into bed and head downstairs to do my p90X plyometrics. I'm telling you doing the plyo's after pump is insane exhaustion in my legs. But I feel it helps me all around.


Today we also got some veggies planted. I've never done them in pots before but I thought this would be easier for weed pulling and such. Baby just likes to eat the dirt most of the time, lol. So soon I will have my own veggies to eat, organic and local, haha.

Why I love Mondays!! Comfort food. I have to make something that is easy for the girls to eat or that they will actually eat so I don't feel guilty about hitting the gym during dinner time. Tonight was ESBM Smackeroni and cheese, yummy! I had one bowl than did the plyo, I wanted a second but I'm going to hit up some healthy snack for recovery, can't ruin all my hard ass work right? :)

What a great day! I've planted veggies in pots before too, way easier for weeds, just have to water them a lot. Good luck. Nice workout!

wow that's a super awesome day full of lots of activity to get your blood flowing :D

How do you like plyometrics. i hear that they are somewhat dangerous and should be done with caution to prevent injury. Like you have to be in super amazing shape to do them safely. Do you think that's true?
