Saturday thoughts

I looked to last weeks goals:
run Tues and Thurs
drink green tea instead of water
drink water

What I did:
got my runs in
tried green tea 2 days instead of coffee
need to drink more water

What else I did:
treat everyday like Friday (day before WI)
journaled everyday
worked my butt off when I could
plan meals

Results:
FANTASTIC!!! I'm so excited to be back below 190. I need to keep up with my same plan.

This is not easy. I did cheat I have to say I ate a HUGE chocolate bar from Wed to Friday, bad, bad, bad. The thing is yes I ate it but I didn't let it blow my day. I just kept going with what I should have been eating. My sweet tooth just will not escape me, maybe I should try hypnosis, lol!!(kidding)

I am SO going to be borrowing your "treat every day like the day before WI" bit. And I don't know if it'll help you, but for me sweet tooth I keep a bag of mini chocolate bars on hand. Currently they're the Three Musketeers Dark Chocolate Raspberry ones -- can't remember if they're "fun size" or "snack size," but 7 of them make up a serving and typically one or two will do the trick for holding me off from way over doing it with something more substantial/dangerous :)
