Went to the chiropractor

I went to see a new chiropractor this week. I feel that I made a better choice. I was seeing one that used the older way of fixing, snap and crack method, after 6months there was no change. I thought it was because of my extra weight but after losing 40lbs I still felt the same. It wasn't painful, just annoying pain.

The new chiropractor uses a computer analysis to correct as well as x-rays. He also does acupuncture, this was something right up my alley to try. This week I had my review, I didn't expect bad news. Now its not really terrible, but something I didn't expect. I have early onset of spinal degeneration which is not too common for my age, but obviously happens. I was a little surprised and bummed because our spine affects the entire nervous system. With how active I am, I thought I was in good health. The chiropractor can prevent it from worsening but what has happened cannot go back. After 2 visits I feel no pain, which is a good thing :).

Tomorrow is WI day and as usual (slaps hands) I've been periodically weighing myself through the week. I'm not sure how it will be. I did really really good this week, ate well, lots of exercise, I really tried to avoid the coffee, lol. We shall see the benefits...be patient it will come off.
