I didn't get any exercise in today but that is just fine. I thought I was doing really well today with points till I actually wrote it down. Better than usual because I don't normally count on WI day, I loosely count, lol. So what do you do to get back on track?
So here goes for today:
banana 2
yogurt 3
coffee 3
Annie's organic tomato bisque (thumbs up from hubby too) 3
blue menu seasame crackers 2
cheese stick 1
cucumbers 0
talapia 2
couscous 4
feta cheese 3
tomatoes with EVOO 2
1/2 coconut larabar (yumm) 2
gingersnaps 3
homemade milkshake 4
total 34, oops, so used 8 Weekly points allowance which is fine that is what they are for. I still feel my choices were good so I'm not concerned. But it shows me I need to write it out.
See my sugar tooth at the end of the night! Need to fix that.

For me getting back on track starts with getting in some exercise. I find that when I exercise more I am more likely to eat better. Hope todays a great day!
Yea for me getting back on track I have to start my day out with a big glass of water, a really healthy bowel movement to feel empty again (sorry for the TMI, but it's true), a healthy breakfast that's light like a smoothie and some good 20-30 minutes of intense exercise. If that first day goes well, I'm more inclined to repeat it...Good luck this week :D
well, for me, i absolutely need to track everything...even those BLT's (last week i didn't and i paid for it by gaining)!
i don't mind tracking, it makes me feel in control and organized (something that can be organized in my life as i like making lists but am a huge packratter...lol)
also, i went back and read book one to remember those 4 healthy guidelines AND to get back into that "right frame of mind" that i had when i first joined! we shall see how it worked as WI is tomorrow nite!
you do eat really clean for the day and then it looks like that sweet tooth sabotages your efforts...switch it up to something lighter maybe? a lower point substitution? you don't need to have the tooth removed just adjusted!!! good luck with this week!
