Eegads! My WI

I gained...3.2lbs...GASP! I know I didn't think I did that poorly this week but I obviously did. I'm back to almost 193lbs too :(. The same weight I was in Feb :( What a bummer.

I'm not sure what is going on, I look at things and just say well what the heck I'll eat it (no one will know right?) Well certainly the scale never lies and it knows very well. My weigher today was really nice, she asked if there was anything they could help with, show my journal (umm that I didn't journal). I just said 'nope, it's just me, I make bad choices'. I've gained 4 out of the last 5 WI's. It is frustrating but I just need to reset myself into better habits. I was doing p90X at night, now I'm sitting in front the boobtube.

I guess its the ongoing battle of the bulge, never ending.

Agenda for this week:
-2 longish runs Tues and Thurs and 1 other run this week
-try green tea instead of coffee
-limit sweets (can someone take my sweet tooth away??)
-drink my water

My meeting today was good, my leader has been off for a few weeks and she told us that she had very early breast cancer. It was sad, I got teary as I've been going to her for about 4yrs now, BUT she said that it was very early detection and she is good now. She of course told us to listen to our body and be aware of things that don't feel right. Sending out some prayers for her to be safe today.
