My little baby girl is 3 today, my how time flies. People tell you it goes so fast and it truly does. I can't believe its been 3 years since I first laid eyes on her, it feels like yesterday.My WI is tomorrow and I'm not sure I will see a good thing on the scale, I didn't journal as well this week as I did last week. It is hard to keep up with everything that is for certain.

Well no biggie about tomorrow. As long as you've documented it and will try to make good choices between now and tomorrow--who cares about what the silly number on the scale says?
Don't focus on your weight today. Just make your little girl feel special and have a blast with her! Because next thing you know--she'll be 13. and then 20. And you'll realize that you're so glad for the memories you've built up like ones from today :D

Happy Birthday to one cute little girl! I don't have little ones of my own but I see how fast the kids I nanny change so I can only imagine how it feels with your own. Hope you have enjoyed the day and weigh in tomorrow knowing that you are going to work towards having a better week!
