Eeks, I haven't really done any leg training in 2 weeks. Last night I taught a Bodypump class, since last week was a holiday I haven't taught in 2 weeks, or taken a class for that matter. It was hard and now I'm sore. But I got up this morning with sore calves, tight hip flexors and hamstrings and said 'self you need to do a quick run today'. Reluctantly I got in my 2miles. As I started I thought 'ugh, I can't run the whole time, I'll walk soon'. But I pushed on and ran the whole time. The first mile and a half is always the hardest for me.
Now I have to study for my midterm tonight, wish me luck :)
