There is something fresh about January 1st, similar to September 1st. Its a time of reflection and renewal. I've never really made New Year's Resolutions in the past. I always exercised and I've always dieted :), so really nothing ever changed for me.
For me it is a point where I could look back at my year and think about what I've done and how I can be better at all aspects of life. I am in constant improvement from the day before, some days I forget and take a few steps back but than I can just continue forward.
This year my main goal is to get to my goal weight. I've thought alot about it lately and of course I picked my goal weight in the highest possible point (155lbs). But the other day I was thinking, could I actually ever weight 135lbs? 125lbs (at the lowest point)? Perhaps... it was the first time I ever considered getting down below 140lb. Who knows if I can get that low but for now I am happy with my success thus far and am thankful I'm halfway there now :).
I do have other goals for myself that are more personal but in general to help me be the best person I can. Than I have silly goals like giving up...gasp...coffee! I could probably have a list of 100 things I want to do. Perhaps I will work on that and post it here. They say you succeed more when you write it down. So there it is another goal to have a "goal list", lol.
Well I wish all of you a very fantastic New Year!

Hi! I wanted to "meet" other BLBE#2 challengers before everything starts.
I so believe in writing goals down then you have to put them where you'll see them often!
You're success is amazing! I'm just starting out. Have a great weekend.
