My weigh in this morning was something I was nervous with. And after me having PMS (poor me syndrome) from last week I'm going to take everything I get and be happy with it. This morning I'm down 0.8lbs. I was sick 3/4 of the week and was down a bit more with my scale but than I was a little worried that once I started eating again I'd go up. So I still ended up with a loss, I'm going to be proud of it too!
After my meeting we take both girls to swimming lessons, yes I dawn a bathing suit. Do I look good? well damn yes I do, for all my hard work I put in I look friggin great! Am I a size I want to be? No, but I'm a lot smaller this year than I was last year at swimming. And I will not let a bathing suit take away the fun I have with my girls.
During nap time I hit the gym for my long run. It didn't start as well as yesterday's, I did the 10min run and walk thing for 3miles. For me the hardest miles so far with my running are the first 2, than I get into a good rhythm, the farthest I've ever run is 8miles so I'm sure I will get other obstacles at longer runs. My plan was to do 7miles... I got in 6.69miles so pretty close. For me that is 1hr and 22min on the TREADMILL! So incredibly boring, but I watched some travel show of nice beaches as we have a blizzard outside, than some Australian open highlights and of course my ipod cranked. 1000 calories burned!
Maybe its the endorphins from my run but I'm having a pretty great day, I hope everyone else is too!
And huge thank you to everyone that is stopping by and leaving comments. I feel so much more accountable when I see that people are actually reading this! So thank you so much, I try to get to alot of blogs but there are sooo many great ones out there, hopefully I can get to them all.

Congrats on the loss and the run! Way to go!!
wow!! Thats quite a long time on the treamill, i wish i could do that , but after about half an hour I start to feel like a red, sweaty hampster on a wheel. Next time I go to the gym, I'm going to push myself to go a little longer , just because of you! great job!
1000 calories! That is amazing!
Congratulations on the loss and the treadmil work !
I find pedaling my bike to mindless or mind candy TV is the best way to go ! My son is 16, and he keeps grabbing the remote and flipping to some music channels , or food network. The music is fine, but with the food network stff I like to estimate how many calories any dis is and how long I would have to work to pedal it off Q
Congrats on the loss! And big kudos for going swim-suit shopping and recognizing your success. That is a huge deal!
Wow! That is a long run, good for you!
Congrats on the loss!
I feel your pain about the DREADMILL... I did a 12k run on there a few weeks back, and I just about died because there was no one to talk to! I run with a group of fantastic ladies, so our long runs are usually just a big chat session!
I'm envious of your fitness instructor status. I often think I should look into becoming an instructor.. since I pretty much live at group fitness classes!
WOW, what an amazing run! You've come such a far way and are still going that deserves a HIGH FIVE!
I went to the pool last summer with my 320lb body and still got in the water with my kids. I am SO looking forward to a smaller me (even though I won't be at goal) this summer at the pool!
I hope to follow in your footsteps. I admire your strength!
Hi, Sarah - LOL on the "PMS" take. That's a new one for me and I hope you won't mind if I use it sometime!
Over 6 miles in one session on the treadmil is great. The most I have gone is 5 miles. You are kicking butt!
Thanks for visiting my blog AND becoming a Champion for the Cause (a/k/a Follower). Like you, I find myself being more accountable to others. I appreciate you much.
Wow you can run so far! That's cool. Great job on the loss too :)
Great job. I did 11 km on the treadmill a few weeks ago...I think I lost IQ points!
Re. your comments about outside running - I am not a speedy runner so I don't have to slow down really, just dress appropriately and try to watch my footing as best possible. Still don't like it though. :)
congrats on the loss! I'm the same way...I love water, I love sun and I refuse to let my weight hold me back from putting on a suit and enjoying that!
Glad to hear you had a great day!
