Here comes the hot stepper....

Good: Released the new music for step this morning and had such a blast with it. There is my team up top before we sweated our asses off. And my action shot because I always wanted one :) I'm getting there, half way there as a matter of fact. I'm thinking how high can I jump 40lbs lighter?
Not so good: Went out for lunch with a friend afterwards
Ugly: I had spinach dip! What an idiot I am. Yes kick my butt, its sitting there waiting.
