I reread my notes from my meeting.
How I mentioned below about only losing .2,.6, etc. a week. Once I reread what I wrote down I remember why this affected me so. She said she only lost this little amount of wait because of PMS (poor me syndrome) She didn't want to deprive herself of all the things she loved thus she didn't try as hard as she could have. There it is. I thought there was more I was forgetting here.
Trying to stay focused this week.
Last night I taught a double of Bodystep and Bodypump. I was completely dying in my last song but I did it and wiped my members out too :). I can tell that my stamina is going down as I've not been able to run too much lately. Gotta get back to it, I miss running. I feel so much healthier when I can do it.
One more saying I got out of the meeting that can apply to anything in your life.
