Finally!
So just baby is still not good, trying all the binding foods so lots of bananas, pasta, rice. And trying not to give milk, that is a hard one. Hopefully she's 100% soon enough.
I was able to cook a good, healthy meal and eat it last night. Chicken breast, brussel sprouts and sweet potato. Only exercised once this week on Wednesday. Maybe I'll get a short run in tonight after the girls are asleep, I'm soo exciting on a Friday night, lol. Tomorrow is my WI, hoping I did well. I obviously ate half my points most of the week till yesterday. So its not a normal week for me. Hopefully the not eating doesn't mess up my efforts too much.
