At the gym, but still in. At first I wanted to stop after 10min, I pushed on, than I wanted to stop at 2.5miles, I pushed on, I got my 3.1 miles (5K) in 35:55 mins, not bad! Feeling good now.
Its all about pushing through the times when we want to quit.

Wow, you ROCK! I did my 5K on the treadmill for the 2nd time ever and was impressed with myself for cutting my time down to 58MINUTES!!! lol! You are my hero for doing it in 35!

I would like to someday begin a running program. I have never been a runner but I think I would enjoy it. Someday....
