But I'm not down either. Stayed the same this week, honestly in over a year of starting WW this time I've never stayed the same, I'm either up or down. So I'm thankful for no gain this week and I will set some goals.
I'm hoping this week will be easier on the temptation front as I will be back to the busy life. After being laid off for 6weeks I'm going back to work on Monday, fingers crossed everything will pan out. So this means schedule, more water drinking and more points!
My goals for this week are:
-still get my exercise and running in (did 7 miles on the dreadmill today)
-drink lots of water
-plan meals (mostly done)
-post some menus on blog
"Never give up"
I was saying this to myself today many, many times during my run. Really today's run was awful. I was up many times through the night, so I was already tired and wishing for a nap instead. I just couldn't breath easily today. I pushed through. I got to 60min and then you have to restart the treadmill, I still did restart. I had 2 more miles left, I'm at 1.58 miles and I accidentally shut the treadmill off. Me "Shit" because now I know I have to restart the damn thing for another 1/2 mile...and I did. I finished and it was gruelling. But that is what I kept saying, just finish, just keep going, let's go, whatever I needed to get there I got there.

Wow, I am in awe of your 7 miles on the treadmill!
Good luck with your work week!
Great goals, too =)
Sometimes, when we have been losing for so long, our bodies just throw down the flag aqnd say "let me catch up ", and we have maintains. I had a serious one when I lost 110 pounds and my son seems to have them every 6 weeks. Never mind the stall. Just keep on keeping on and know that you are doing the best thing you can for your body in all that you are doing !
that's awesome with the attitude. I think the stall is a way of letting our mind catchup with our body so we get a little more used to being at that particular weight and don't accept a weight that is higher.
Way to go with the great attitude. Restarting the treadmill sounds like a big pain but you pushed through, Awesome!
