I really am shocked, I must have exercised my butt off. I'm down 1.6lbs today!!! Yes I did struggle lots this week but I still kept my meals measured and healthy. My snacking was still on low point stuff too. I did eat over my points last week but I'm happy to see the scale down. Now here is to a better week for myself and everyone else! I read lots of blogs last night who are having the same problems this past week, so I hope we can conquer the snacking bit!
Gotta run busy day today, WW, swimming, wedding ceremony, hair done, wedding celebration. Off I go to get my hair prettied :)
Oh yeah and I'm now down over 40lbs, woohoo :)

Congrats on the 40 down !!! I think there is something about our bodies in winter, that we borrowed from the bears or something. It gets cold, we feel snacky, January is so often frigid and just plain boring that our bodies kind of slip into a sort of hibernation mode and hang onto every once of flesh that can. Something happens in February and suddenly the switch flips and weigh loss starts really moving again. Perhaps the pounds try to run away from that silly groundhog or chubby winged arrow shooting boy.
