

New music, new moves for LMI classes this week. Here are my teams, pump at the top and step at the bottom. I'm kindof hiding in the back with the big white headband on (the start to my flu). Its our whole step team and about half of our pump team. I don't really have the time to teach too much anymore but man, I miss it so much. I teach my Bodypump on Monday nights but unfortunately I'm not able to teach any other times, tonight was the first time that I was kindof sad. Ah well, at least I get to release the new stuff, which means more teaching this week :).
If you take Bodypump or Bodystep here are my thoughts so far:
Highlights, so far as I've not yet released. In pump my favourite song is biceps. Back and hamstrings are good and hard. Lunges....we all hate them and then they add squats to this track,eeks! Tri's no bar this track, love it. Love the abs song and no hovers, yeah. I like hovers but I like to see something different too. Songs aren't really remixed to be techno this time, a few but a few originals. Really rock and rolly.
Highlights for step, theme speed racer. Favourite song is recovery (haha) why they still call it recovery I don't know. Party track is fun. Not a fan of the speed step song, but of course like the challenge of the moves. I personally think power peak 2, speed racer is soooo cheesy but its good cardio wise. You should have seen us in practice for this one... 'oh speed'. I like song 2 but I wish it was longer.
Just a taste of what is to come if you take these classes and if you haven't, find one in your area, they are worldwide in over 12 000 clubs, 70 countries.
