Trying to get it back on track

Yesterday was another challenging day. I'm still trying to figure out why I'm struggling sooo much with food lately. The biggest issue I think right now is that I am very tired. I've been teaching at the gym and trying to get my runs in and I'm pretty sure my iron levels are shot. I haven't felt this tired for no reason (like pregnancy) since before I was pregnant and on iron supplements. I need to start taking those again. Being tired I tend to just roam the kitchen, does anyone do that? I open a cupboard or fridge and just stare hoping something good will pop out. This week I didn't have the will power to shut the darn door.

Today was my 3rd morning in a row teaching at the gym, we released Bodypump. It went really well. Now I should have run 5miles yesterday but I taught step and was too pooped afterwards. So after pump I ran 3miles, better than none at all. I'm eating well today too, so far oatmeal, pb and milk for breakfast; tuna sandwich, broccoli with dip and a yogurt for lunch. Now I need to get that water in and hopefully I get the lucky scale tomorrow, lol!

I feel more confident today in that I can push through this blah point. It is so often mind over matter I find.

Sorry that the eating is a struggle! I totally eat more when I am tired, and drink way more tea than I should.

You are exercising lots though, so maybe you shouldn't be so hard on yourself!
