Same ol', Same ol'

Nothing to report, I'm still weighing the same weight 185lbs. I'm planning on a long run tomorrow and hoping that I stick to it, unlike last week.

My lovely girls have been waking up 2-3 times a night the past week so I'm hoping this will stop (see below) perhaps why I needed more sleep this week (although they still woke 4x that night). My poor husband has been sleeping on the couch a few times.

I've been a little off/stressed lately. My husband decided to quit his job to persue a different career. This is a catch 22 situation. It will be good for our family dynamics but stressful in the financial area. I'm not a big person on taking risks, but I also know if you don't try you'd never know the possiblities of what something else could bring. Soo, I just hope for the best and learn to budget better. This situation has been nagging me for the past month thus I haven't been to creative for writing lately. I wasn't sure if I should post about it but...thought I'd share now.

When I was pregnant with John Tom came home from work one night and said "oh, by the way, I quit."

I understand the stress!!!

Hope it ends up being as positive for you guys as it has for us.

Sorry things are stressing you out, but good for your hubby for trying to find something that is better for him. I know things must be stressful but think of the message he's sending your girls that some things in life are worth fighting for, and that some choices are hard. It's a good lesson for them to learn.

I hope things get easier for you soon.

Good luck with the transition! Great things can happen! And anything that affects your whole life that much is definitely going to affect your weight loss efforts.

I know it sounds new-agey, but anything is possible. Example, my husband found his dream job and they hired him even in this crunch. Focus, visualize, pray, and "think happy thoughts". I know I sound like a dork.

My wishes and hopes that you get some solid sleep soon!

I wish your hubby the best of luck in his career change. Job satisfaction is really important, so hopefully he finds a new position and there isn't too much stress involved.
