Yesterday I did my long run and I didn't worry too much about what I ate...well let's say I didn't worry at all about what I ate. I started fine with 1/2 banana, wasa cracker and almond butter. After my run I went for lunch with my family to Cora's. I had a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Not too bad but not that great. My whole family was down this weekend to visit, so Saturday night we had dinner of pizza and pasta (which I think helped with my run). Sunday night I made dinner, chicken parmesean, pasta, aspargus, salad, not bad but not the best to have either. I topped it off with....cheesecake....cheetos, not good. The scale showed this morning.
Note to self, stay in check girlfriend, stay in check!!
This week is busy. I'm supposed to work 6 days, I have release week at the gym (new music and chereography to learn, more teaching than usual), than going to Waterloo to run my half marathon. So it will go by fast that is for sure.
Off I go.

Have a blast at your 1/2!!! Can't wait to read about it!
I heard a story about a guy who loved donuts so much that he started to run so that he could eat them without consequences. After a while, he was running marathons and such.
Eventually, he stopped eating donuts because he didn't like them anymore.
Yeah, I'm not like that guy either.
Don't be too hard on yourself. I'm tying to work out, train and eat right too, ad everything slips up every once in a while. Just get right back into it. Good luck!
