Releases are done, for me!

Just a little background, I teach fitness classes at Goodlife, I've been teaching for about 7 years now (oh my!!). I currently teach Bodypump and sometimes Bodystep. About every season we get new music and choreography to learn and teach to members (which is called release week). Its a lot to remember and we teach more classes than usual. I usually don't get too many as its too hard with work and family but I did do 3 classes this week and now I'm done. Ready to relax, maybe run in preparation for my 1/2 marathon on Sunday.

My eating is still not 100% maybe 85%, but everyday I keep trying to do well.

Well that is it from me.

**I forgot, teaching at the gym is my second job or I guess my third job, coming after my real job where I've just started working 6 days a week till summer (boo!), being a mom/wife would be my second and than being an instructor.**

Great job doing all your work stuff and still finding time to get ready for the run! I can't wait! Hopefully I'll get to meet you beforehand!
