sucks....
It took me forever to update my cell phone. I got my cell in 1998 and I just purchased a new one in December. I never really used my cell much before. But once I recieved my new one, I learned the joy of texting, surfing the internet and facebook, while waiting for things.
Well, my phone has since been broken by my beautiful daughter :).
She was singing twinkle, twinkle into the phone and apparently no one was on the other end, thus chuck it too the ground. I had a blackberry with that rolling ball thingy, now the ball thingy is popped out.
Ohh, on my old phone the battery would have popped out and I wouldn't have cared in the least.
Oh well, such is life, :).

Ah kids... Little destroyers.
My kids love to wreck/play with my crackberry...it's amazing it's still in one piece!
Your warrenty should cover a new ball. Those balls are always falling out, it's actually a big problem.
