I'm going to do this! I ran 19.2km today in 2 hours and 17min. I can't believe I ran that well, I'm actually quite surprised. The run went good and I'm feeling confident for next week.
I am sore now, but I have my recovery socks on and hoping this helps along with lots of stretching.
When I was nearly finished I almost...almost let a tear go. So emotional this running thing can be at times.

That's awesome! You're going to rock the half on Saturday. Make sure you rest up a lot this week though. My friend who's run like 25 races (everything from 5k to a full marathon) said you should try to rest the two days before the race and take it easy the week before. I hope I get to meet you before the run, because with that time you'll be done long before me and probably be off already!
