Rain down love
Its still quite warm here. I got up and was able to head out for a run...in the rain. I actually love running in this rain. It was a drizzle and warm. I only had on a wicking t-shirt and I knew it would be a quick run. I somehow feel really refreshed after a run in a good rain.
I did my run with my ipod today. The first song was Rain down love, I love this song its a warm up for one of my zillion Bodypump releases. Perfect beginning for a rainy day, just thought I'd share.
I havent tried running outside yet but I am aiming for it in the future, and when I go home to England its always raining so I will have to get used to the rain runs, I hope I like it as much as you :o)
Good job running in the rain. Some days (like today) I just want to get out in the rain and have a good run and others I just want to hide under my blanket and sleep or cuddle my baby. :) Glad to hear someone else enjoys the rainy day run.

A girl after my own heart...I love running in the rain/drizzle as well. There's just something about it that feels great!
