A quick review

So this week has been less than stellar in the food department. I gave into things more often than I should have but I still tried to stay on track and create some interesting meals. One thing I tried was 'breaded' chicken breast. I used this spice from Epicure along with cornmeal. I dunked the chicken breast in milk and coated it with the spices, than baked. It gave it a great crunch but the smoky bacon, I feel, left it a little salty for my taste. It was an experiment and it wasn't too bad. I also made mashed cauliflower and potatoes, which always turn out yummy.


I got out my blender again and whipped up some green monster morning drinks:
spinach
almond milk
frozen banana

And this little one loves her green monsters, look at her green mustache! This was right before we left one morning for work/daycare.


Tomorrow, I'm teaching another Bodystep class. I have been going to my WI's at Weight Watchers but I haven't sat in for a meeting in about 4 weeks. So I will venture to another place where they have a meeting at 730am, I feel I really need a meeting. And aren't we going to get some new stuff soon? I think they always change things in December. I'm not expecting anything, probably a gain yet again, but at least I'm going to show up.

ok. second blog tonight with brussel sprouts. they are everywhere lately. I really need to try some. They look sooo delicious.
Going to the meeting might help more than you know. Might gain something off the scale you didn't expect!
