My back on track WI!

Yahoo, yahoo I'm down 2.8lbs this week!! I've lost the gain from the previous two weeks and feel much better getting back on track. What I did this week was plan meals, measure and get to the gym 3x.

Right now I'm writing from my hotel room here. My husband decided he needed a mini-vacation so we headed out this weekend. It is crazy how much stuff there is to do. So much shopping too! We got here around noon hit up Panera bread for lunch, oh my so good, something we don't have the privilege of having in my neck of the woods. Then we hit a grocery store for some healthy snacks since we can't bring fruit across the border. I also got to finally taste some of that greek yogurt everyone loves so much, I got a strawberry fat free chobani for myself! So many great finds stateside like 5 pomegrantes for $5! Seriously!! I couldn't buy them but really wanted too, however I couldn't eat 5 poms in 2 days.

Than we spent the afternoon in the water park, played some video games, ordered some dinner. I stuck to a healthy stirfry with the least amount of added stuff and I split my serving to save for tomorrow. They do have a gym here, I brought my stuff but I may pass on a workout for shopping.

I did have to dig out my bathing suit and wear it with my snow white skin but I've mentioned before once I had kids I gave up on being self-conscious over having fun. I took my oldest to swimming lessons 1 month post partum which is probably the largest I've ever been. I didn't find it too hard, I forget what I look like when I'm watching/playing with my girls. But it would still be nice to have a tan, lol.

Anyway now I can catch up on some blog reading as my girls are zonked out and fell asleep just before 8pm. My husband is off being a boy and playing in the water :). So off I go to read about you!
