Well almost, I really did mean to put blog these everyday but it just didn't happen. So here it is:




I did much better this week for protein and I wasn't craving too much. I did eat cookies and chocolate. These were due to being tired and I still fall in the 'eating for emotional satisfaction'
category. I don't think that will ever go away. When I'm tired and its the end of the day, I'm diving into my cupboards to find something sweet. Some days are of course great whereas others are not.
One of these days I had two servings of pizza and I thought I blew it so I had some chocolate pudding. Then I decided I needed to write in my food journal and I still was ok for points. Instead of blowing my dinner, I was able to balance everything out. Learning.
I also missed a few days of journals....birthday weekend created chaotic but in line eating.
Tomorrow I have my WI than I'm off to teach Bodystep, yikes, so I best be going to study.

Awesome job on keeping your journals! I counted calories this week and was pretty shocked with the amount of cals in some things. Keeping a journal definitely keeps us on track! ;) Good luck at teaching bodystep!!!
