These things all coincide in my success at losing weight and its just not happening at the moment. I know I just went through this a few weeks ago!
What I've learned: as much as I hate it, I really really need to journal. I keep saying it but I have to get back to running longer. Today I put on a pair of pants (I am 5lbs lighter) than when I started wearing them but now they are tighter in the bumbum...not good.
I always say on Sunday, I'll get my s*&% together and workout at night or in the morning, I'll journal, I'll be more prepared AND it never happens. Ugh, this is frustrating.
I've also learned that I still make healthy food choices, so I guess if I ever get to goal weight I SHOULD be able to maintain.
Take it a day at a time.

Yup, all you can do is take it one day at time. You've been very successfully so far, don't let this get you down.
Journal today and get a bit of exercise, you'll be 1000% better, promise! :)
