WI today

Boo up 1.8lbs! I thought I did well this week. Yikes that is not good.

However I did teach my Bodystep class this morning and I didn't 1. throw up in class (ala Biggest Loser) or 2. pass out. So all was good and I got the best cardio I will ever get.

My plan for this week is:
continue my workouts
drink water
don't eat after work (11pm, bad habit)
