Well I'm a little late but I'm up 0.6lbs this week. I think I did well considering I was up almost 4lbs from todays weight on Monday morning. I feel I got back on track to get rid of my weekend of thoughtless eating. I got some exercise in, and I even broke out my WW big water mug and....USED IT! Funny how that has to work together.
Other things, I'm totally paranoid over the H1N1. So many people here are sick with influenza not sure whether its H1N1 or not ....:(
