No this isn't ice cream

This is me making my dinner at 5:30 this morning. I've been saying for a very long time that I need to use my crockpot and I finally dug it out last week. So I use this big ice cream container to put all my fillings in it. I chop everything up the night before and store it in the fridge, than in the morning I just have to dump it in. Voila! I love having dinner mostly made when I get home. Today was spaghetti sauce.

Part of trying to get my butt in gear and organized. Mondays are always this way aren't they?
