I am making myself get in the groove

Tonight when I got home from work I did some of p90X chest, shoulders and triceps workout. I may not have done the whole hour but I did 40min of it, which is better than anything the last while. I know it was 11pm but I'm going to try as best I can this week.

Why?

I noticed I'm losing weight but getting flabbier (is this a word?). And this I don't like.

Something else I tried today, tetley tea spiced plum....yummy and very holiday-ish.

Plum tea??? I sure hope it's not just a Canadien thing (although it would figure if it was ... I've always wanted to be Canadien ... )!

Anyhoooo, congrats on the workout! I keep meaning to get off my butt (which is also getting flabbier than I would like). Maybe tomorrow. No, today.

Oooh, now I want to try this plum tea!

I need to get on the resistance training as well; I definitely want to tighten up as I get smaller! Good on you for the workout.
