Why is Mac and cheese so good?

Sorry I'm so boring, I haven't been blogging because frankly I've got nothing interesting or funny to say. I haven't been able to run, I cook quickly and don't take snapshots. I was sort of organized on the weekend but than my girls got fevers, colds, I've taken some time off work to take care of them and the house is a disaster again. You'd think they need extra sleep...no way. But all is well with them, still some fevers here and there but no flu (which I'm paranoid about)

The only thing they want to eat is mac and cheese? Why is this stuff so attractive to kids? Sure it tastes yummy and all but seriously this is all they want to eat! What do you want for breakfast? 'roni and cheese'. Ah well, they are still eating which is good and I'm trying to shove as much good stuff in them as possible, aside from the roni and cheese. I somehow caught a glimpse of the Doctors tv show a couple of weeks ago and they said that sugar is also very bad when you are sick...among everything else. So I'm really limiting their sugary snacks this week. Come Saturday we could have a challenge, lol.

What am I doing to stay healthy? Eating lots of fruits and veggies, still eating healthy meals, I skip the roni and cheese; today for lunch was homemade veggie soup and open face tomato sandwich. I'm using the netty pot and hoping for the best.

Well I just thought of something else I can write about...yeah! Sometimes my brain works less and less with when I want sleep :). Than I come here to babble and I thought of 2 posts, funny how real conversation (with a computer and myself) can cause me to use my brain.

I'm with the kids - I love roni and cheez! Maybe it's that crazy orange color :)

Feel better! I heart my neti pot; it really does work wonders!
