Well crappity crap, my WI

Up another 1.4lbs this week :(.

See there is this thing in weight watchers called journaling and drinking water, which I forgot to do :0) And it shows.

3lbs in 2 weeks is so not cool. I think I got a little cocky with people saying how good I look lately and forgot that I still have 35lbs to lose, which...duh...is still a lot.

At my meeting today a young guy reached goal! It is so good to see and it took him almost a year and a half to lose 65lbs. This was good for me to see as well because I always feel men can lose weight much faster, but here is this guy losing slow and steady and he won the race!

I have problems keeping a food journal as well. Just do better right now. You can do this. You have come so far already.

I think we'll have to go really slowly and steadily and take these losses in stride. I have lost around 8lbs and have another 10 or so to go. I think that I'll have to give myself 4 or 5 more months to lose those last 10lbs. In all reality it will probably take a while but will have a lasting effect.
