Finally after almost 4 weeks of colds and fluish things I finally feel good health wise :). I taught a Bodystep class yesterday morning and rocked the class! I don't normally teach Bodystep because I don't have a class. I haven't even taken a class in 6 weeks so nonetheless I was DYING, but was still happy when members said I nearly killed them in class...that is my goal, work'em hard.
Eating is going well this week and I tried something new...tofu...I've never personally eaten it before. I've blended it for my daughters as babyfood but non for me. I made a Chinese stir fry with bok choy, shittake mushrooms and I was really surprised at how good it is. I think the key is to fry it up till its a bit crispy than its not so mushy.

My beloved water bottle broke :(. I dropped it at work on cement and now there is a hole in it and I can't use it. So getting my water in this week hasn't been as good as I thought. Do you have a strong attachment to your water bottle? I just can't find one, I have the stainless steel one but just don't like it. The one that broke is acrylic ( I know that bad plastic stuff) but I loved the mouthpiece on it that allowed me to drink lots without it dripping down my clothes :). SO I'm on a quest to find another good one, my old one is from lululemon and we don't have a store near us, maybe I can order it online now??
