2 down 3 to go.

I taught the new release for pump tonight, I love this one :). My shoulders are killing me and probably my legs will be done tomorrow. Left this week is step tomorrow and Sat. and pump on Sunday. I rarely teach this many days but I really enjoy it because it makes me focus on my food 100%. I can never be too full to teach at night but I need to have the food energy to sustain through the class. Tonight I taught at 7pm and didn't want to wait till now to eat dinner. I didn't really know what to eat. I was getting the girls left over chili in a tortilla (because they eat it this way :)) So I decided I'd do the same thing. We eat pretty early and it was the perfect combo to carry me through.

Eating is going well, todays menu

oatmeal 2

ww tortilla 1
cheese 2
carrots, broccoli, cauliflower 0
dip 2

total 22, 4pts left and earned 4AP today. Now to get a good snack 'cause I'm starved :)

Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry to hear about your husband's grandma. It's great that she lived a long life, but sad to see a generation disappear. :(

You are doing great with your weight loss. I notice that you are tracking based on your pregnant weight, I should do that too. Hubbie thinks I shouldn't cause part of that weight was the baby. So what it's still weight lost! :)

I notice that I eat so much better when I have a long day of work ahead (I'm a massage therapist so I need lots of energy too!). Sounds like you had a good day of healthy eats!
